Where to look: the lord’s lair · Ash Wastes, Ashlands. The land lets you in from level 98, once the lord of the previous land has fallen: Queen of Ice.
Battle basics: 1888 health · 110 attack · 28 defence · 9 speed. After that the lord grows along with the Keeper.
Pack leaders of the land: Ash Knight and Smoldering Golem.
Chapter 5: the “Lord of the Land” errand is taken at the Campfire in the Cinders; a lord felled earlier still counts — the step only waits for the talk.
