If a rule seems unfair
A Watcher’s decision is not a verdict: it has a record, and the record can be reviewed.
Say so in the English tavern. Every moderator action is written into the service log — it can be pulled up and reconsidered. The rules do change: when they do, a news entry comes out about it rather than a quiet edit of the page.
