Three lords hold the seals of the gate — the Maw of the Blight in the Festering Pit, the Lord of Pestilence beneath the barrow, the Warden of the Void by the obelisk. Beyond the gate lie the steps of the ring.
The Endless Spiral enters this layer from tier 27.
