Does the game cost money? No. Every land, dungeon, the raid, the arena and the whole story are free. The Keepers' Shop sells speed and convenience, never power: companions from the shop are their own creatures with their own mechanics, but as strong as their story twin.

How do I pay if I want to? On the website and in the browser game payments go through YooKassa (bank card or SBP). In the VK version purchases use VK votes. Card details never reach the game.

Do I need an account? Not to look around. To keep your progress — yes. The website account and the game account are the same thing. Link an e-mail: it is the only way to restore a lost password.

Can I play on my phone and my computer? Yes, but not with one character on two devices at the same time: there is one save.

Can I change my Keeper's name? No. The ladder, the forum, arena history and mail all hang on it.

How many creatures can I take into the party? Two slots from the start, a third at level 30, a fourth at level 50 — that is the cap.

I died. What did I lose? A tenth of your gold (capped), gear durability and, rarely, one item from the bag. Never levels or equipped gear. The first death is forgiven entirely.

I am stuck. What now? Check three things: is your gear behind the tier for your level (tiers open at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60); is your party built for this enemy; and have you defeated the lord who guards the road? Every land of the Reaches opens only after the lord of the previous land.

Can I trade with other players? Yes: direct trade (both sides press Ready), the auction for gear and the exchange for fragments and gems. Selling accounts or in-game goods for real money is forbidden.

Can I play with friends? Yes: co-op fights for two, dungeons in a group, the Citadel raid for eight, 2v2 arena and Orders with a shared treasury.
