There are no payments right now
The bundle shop exists in the game; taking money is NOT wired to it. Not one sum has been charged so far. When payment appears, a separate news entry will come out about it, and the rules below start working from that day.
What is sold
Speed and looks: resources, boosters, cosmetics, vault space. All of it is earned by ordinary play as well — a purchase saves time, it does not give the unreachable.
What there will never be
- stats out of reach of a free player;
- items above the gear tier your level calls for;
- ladder places and Arena wins for sale.
Refunds
A refund is made under the rules of the payment service the payment went through and under the law of the buyer’s country. Whatever was given out for a refunded payment is taken back — including what has been spent.
Wrong charges
Charged twice, the bundle never arrived, the money left and the game did not see it — write to support with the order number. Handing out is built so that pressing again neither doubles the charge nor doubles the delivery; a failure on the service’s side is sorted out by hand.
For minors
Pay only with the consent of whoever the money belongs to. A payment made by a child without their parents’ knowledge is refunded on the parents’ request.
