Where and how to pay

In the game on VK, purchases are paid with VK votes under VK’s rules. On the site — on the “Shop” page, through the YooKassa payment service: card details are not passed to the portal, and the receipt comes to the email you give. While card payment on the site is still being connected, the shop says so plainly. The terms of a purchase on the site are in the public offer (/offer).

What is sold

Speed and convenience: resources, boosters, vault space, Patronage and Shrine companions — a companion is a creature of its own with its own mechanic, but is only as strong as its story twin, so victory cannot be bought. Resources are earned by ordinary play as well — a purchase saves time, it does not give the unreachable.

What there will never be

• stats out of reach of a free player;
• items above the gear tier your level calls for;
• ladder places and Arena wins for sale.

Refunds

A purchase is digital content handed over at once, so once it has been credited the money is not refunded, except where the law requires it. If the payment went through but the purchase did not arrive for a technical reason, the item is credited again or the money returned — as the buyer chooses (section 6 of the offer). Purchases on VK are refunded under VK’s rules. Whatever was given out for a refunded payment is taken back — including what has been spent.

Wrong charges

Charged twice, the bundle never arrived, the money left and the game did not see it — write to support with the order number. Handing out is built so that pressing again neither doubles the charge nor doubles the delivery; a failure on the service’s side is sorted out by hand.

For minors

Pay only with the consent of whoever the money belongs to. A payment made by a child without their parents’ knowledge is refunded on the parents’ request.
